Shipping Policy

When purchasing hemp and CBD products from Vermont Select we accept all major forms of credit and debit card. We also accept money orders. Sorry, but we do not accept prepaid cards, checks, cash, PayPal or e-checks.

All shipments of our CBD hemp products come in sealed, nitrogen-charged canisters to deliver peak freshness and ensure your package arrives safely and discreetly. 

All sales are final and non-returnable unless your package is undelivered due to a Post Office error. Please take extra care when filling out your shipping information, as we cannot refund or replace any shipment which has not been delivered due to errors in entering your mailing address.

We ship all packages with a discrete return label marked Vermont Select via USPS priority mail which is guaranteed delivery in 3 business days. If it has been more than 3 days since your package has shipped and it has not yet arrived please check the tracking number that you received with your shipping confirmation email. Sometimes USPS takes an extra day to deliver. If the package is still not delivered when the tracking says it is due or, if the tracking status does not show where your package is, please reach out to us at contact@vermontselect.com.

At this time Vermont Select’s shipping of all hemp products is limited to within the United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii but not Puerto Rico.
